Mint Mojitos were made popular by Cuban immigrants who brought their traditions, flavors, and vibrant culture to Miami in the 1940s. To this day, the Cuban community here takes great pride in serving the perfect Mojito. It’s a refreshing blend of white rum, freshly muddled mint leaves, lime juice, and just the right touch of sugar — crisp, bright, and full of life.
