Growing up in a Cuban family, the old remedies were never far away. A little menthol on your chest for a cough, on your feet for the flu — and somehow, Abuela swore it cured everything. She always had it within reach.

That familiar scent still lingers in my memory — comforting, strong, and full of love. 💚
